Yoga mit Anais
Anais Telian is back with us to teach yoga with RnB music - specially tailored to the needs of our hotel guests.
With her many years of experience and a fine sense for atmosphere, Anais creates yoga classes that are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Class Descriptions:
In the mornings, participants can look forward to an energizing All Level Vinyasa Yoga session or a gentle Morning Flow accompanied by R&B music. The dynamic flow awakens the body, infuses the day with energy, and creates space for conscious breathing and inner alignment.
In the evenings, calming formats such as Yin Yoga (Stretch & Relax) or Vinyasa with Guided Meditation are offered. These classes involve gently stretching the body in longer-held positions—ideal for releasing tension and soothing the nervous system. Special heart frequency sounds are used to enhance the effects, positively influencing body, mind, and soul.
A special highlight of every session is the guided final relaxation in the form of a dream journey. These meditative visualizations strengthen inner imagery, provide fresh energy, and help participants let go of daily stresses.
To round off each class, Anais offers moments of mindful care with aromatic sprays and gentle neck massages—a sensory experience that fosters well-being and depth.
In addition to her offerings at The Comodo Hotel, Anais also teaches Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga in Munich at Glockenbach, Schwabing, and Marienplatz.
