It's Yoga Time

February 24th until March 2nd, 2025

Anais Telian has been teaching yoga in Munich for years, crafting unique classes for hotel guests, many of whom are experiencing yoga for the first time. Her blend of Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga appeals to people of all ages and levels. Her regular Power Yoga sessions combine challenging poses with RnB music—a highlight for fitness enthusiasts.

In addition to her dynamic classes, Anais introduces the gentle side of yoga through her Yin Yoga sessions. Longer-held poses promote relaxation, release tension, and stretch connective tissue. Guided meditations, or "dream journeys," during the final relaxation help visualize goals and reduce stress.

Each session is thoughtfully rounded off with aromatic sprays and neck massages to enhance well-being. In the mornings, Anais offers energizing yoga to start the day on a positive note, while evenings are dedicated to calming Yin Yoga for relaxation and balance.
