Physician specializing in sports and preventive medicine, with a focus on recovery, energy balance, and longevity.
His approach: sleep is not an isolated nighttime phenomenon, but the result of the entire day – shaped by light, movement, stress, and rhythm.
Together, they combine scientific foundations with practical, everyday methods – without dogma, without overwhelm.
